Las Retajas was a calm place to unwind in charming Medinaceli. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a nice rustic look alongside the usual modern amenities. We were told it had recently been renovated. The staff were very friendly, and the quiet setting and natural beauty of the Castilian countryside made it a lovely choice for a relaxing break and a different view of Spain.

The owner and accommodations were a welcome break from our travels, especially with the cool off-season weather. My father and I were heading north and were lucky to find this lovely little posada in quiet Medinaceli. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

The people working there were extremely nice, and both the stay and the village were good. Awesome place, for sure one I recommend.

We had a very nice one-night stay, with the town to ourselves. The rooms and service were excellent.
