Casa De Abaixo

We spent a week there as a group of nine at the end of August, and it was the best house we’ve ever stayed in. The garden and pool are wonderful, and the house is beautiful, spotless, and carefully restored and decorated. The kitchen has loads of excellent utensils for a big group, and we didn’t find it lacking anything. There’s also a fantastic games room with foosball, billiards, board games, a laptop, and a TV. It’s handy for both hiking and town, just 3 minutes by car. The owners are lovely and always ready to help or bring us what we needed. Thanks for a great week, we’ll definitely be back!

The woman who took care of us was so kind and attentive. We spent four days in this huge, beautiful, well-kept house, and it had everything we needed. It was a really pleasant stay. Definitely recommend it, and we hope to come back one day. Greetings from the bikers!

The pilgrims were delighted, and we had everything very well organized. We took them to and from the start and finish of each stage, while the children stayed at the house with two adults as we went off to do other things. They didn’t want to leave, the playroom and pool kept them happy even in the rain. We rented it as a base for the Camino, and it was spectacular, 12 out of 10. I recommended it to friends, and they were just as pleased. We’ll definitely return.

Even in December, we were warm and cozy. The house had all the space and amenities we needed, and the hosts were lovely. It’s only 5 minutes from town, and we couldn’t find a single fault. 100% recommended, we had a fantastic stay.
