The apartment was cute and clean, right beside the Roman theater, in an unbeatable location. Still, it didn’t seem like much had been done to keep out unwanted visitors. It’s at street level, but I couldn’t see any security measures. That should be easy to fix, and I hope there won’t be any surprises if we return.
Booking showed December automatically when we tried to reserve for July 28, 2024. I got in touch to explain we meant July 28, 2024, and was told they were full. They replied kindly, said we couldn’t book that date, and refunded my money on Booking. They were quick and efficient at sorting out the problem, and thanks to their great work and understanding, we’ll surely return to this apartment in Merida one day. Thank you very much.
We had a wonderfully peaceful night, even with construction going on. The place was welcoming, tastefully decorated, and everything was perfect.
The terrace was nice, and the place was clean and well located.
