The location is fantastic, right by the big square with lots of bars and restaurants. Parking is available for 10€/night in a garage about a 7-minute walk away. For a city visit, this is an excellent stay, though I only spent one night here. It's a beautiful studio apartment. The bathroom was spacious and nicely finished, with a large shower that has a rain setting. The soap smelled really good, too. The bed was comfy, though it was “only” 160cm, just so you know. The AC worked really well, but blew straight at my face while I slept. Maybe the controls can adjust it. It didn't really bother me for one night. There was a nice-looking kitchenette and a small fridge, which I didn't use, plus a sofa, sofa table, and wall-mounted TV. A couple of minor things: the room seemed to have been cleaned in a rush, with some coins by the bed and long hairs on the sofa. I was just sleeping there for one night and checked in very late, so I couldn't be bothered. I could also hear people entering the building and moving through the halls outside the room pretty clearly. The PIN code for the building and room was convenient, although the supplied PINs weren't secure at all. Some earlier reviews mention using an app to enter, so maybe they had an issue. One last tiny thing: old signs or notes had left marks on the otherwise nice white wall from the grey putty used to stick them up. It could probably be cleaned off fairly easily. Room 001 was wheelchair accessible, which I didn't need but was nice to see. There's an elevator, too.

A good choice for a weekend in Mérida. It was clean, nicely decorated, and well located for seeing the main attractions in the historic center. The place is quite spacious, the beds are comfortable, and for the price, I had nothing to complain about. Very good value.

The apartment is tucked inside and has a terrace that’s great for unwinding. Its spot in the middle of Mérida is hard to beat. Parking was fairly close and cost €10 for the full day.

A lovely new room and a great base for a Mérida getaway. The shower is the one drawback: it’s electric and on the small side. Everything else was great.
