Arriving was a mess. The sheets were dirty and there was basically no cleanliness. Even reaching the parking lot felt like solving an escape room, and getting hold of any staff member was nearly impossible. There was also very little cooperation over changing dates for valid reasons, from both the property and Booking.com. I can assure you I’ll never stay here again.
The bathroom was very spacious, and the place itself was clean and modern. But the listing was misleading. We expected a separate room and a sofa bed in the living room, but instead got a living room with a bed and a sofa bed, which wasn’t enough for four adults in two couples. The kitchen unit had plates, cutlery and chairs for only three people. The hotel across the street was much more comfortable.
The location was great and the apartment very clean. The woman who answered the phone was friendly, and the email instructions for getting in with the door code were excellent. Everything worked as it should, including the doors, TV, air conditioning and fridge.
