Hostal Las Abadias

The reception staff were helpful, and there's limited underground parking. It's cheap, clean, and well located, with a supermarket and a couple of restaurants within a five-minute walk. But beware, the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything next door.

I was touring Spain by bike and could leave it in the secure underground car park. The staff were great, the rooms clean, and there was aircon and a shower. Great price too. Would recommend. Muchas gracias

We paid a very reasonable price for two adults and two dogs, and had a lovely stay. The owner/manager and the other staff member were both friendly and welcoming. I was desperate for a cup of tea, and they gave me one for free even though we tried to pay! There was a clean bathroom and a terrace to sit on, which was a fantastic bonus. Breakfast was served on the balcony, and the secure parking underneath the hotel was easy to access. 10/10, thank you for a lovely stay, Liz and Stu Rufus and Archie xxx

We used this as a base to visit merida. It was clean and comfortable, but felt claustrophobic, with nowhere to relax outside, so it seemed better for sleeping and bathing. Breakfast was disappointing: cheap supermarket pastries, dry Magdalenas, and dry bread, though the coffee and juice were good. In summer, walking into town in 46-degree heat felt like a bit much. It would be better when it's cooler. There's a lovely restaurant across the road.
