Everything we needed was there, even a hair dryer, and parking right outside the door made things really convenient. Loli, the woman who makes it all happen, is fantastic. What a great place.

The reception staff were incredibly helpful, and everything was spotless. These brand new apartments are wonderfully quiet, with easy parking and a 10-minute walk to the city center. They’d suit families, friends, or couples. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them.

Free parking was easy, and the owners were friendly. The modern apartment was welcoming, quiet, well equipped, and good value for money. It’s a bit of a walk to the city center, around 20 minutes, crossing Acueducto de los Milagros public park and a small tunnel under the railway tracks. Recommended.

Loli, who ran the place, was charming and very friendly. We came to Mérida with friends for a few days, with each couple staying in their own apartment, and loved ours. It was cozy, clean, comfortable, well decorated, and had everything for a lovely stay. The location is good, a few meters from a pleasant park, and you can walk along the aqueduct to get there. We had no trouble parking nearby. Thanks for everything.

Loli welcomed us so warmly and was kind and hospitable throughout, making us feel right at home. My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Tria Nómina accommodations. The apartment was comfortable and peaceful, with convenient parking right outside and in the surrounding area. We also loved the location, close to the aqueduct and just a few minutes from the city center. We’ll definitely come back!
