We rented the main building, and there's an optional annex on the top floor that gives you extra sleeping space if you need it. The house has loads of character. It's a short walk into the center of Miraflores de la Sierra, where there are lots of cafes and restaurants, plus small local shops if you'd rather cook at the villa. The kitchen has the basics covered, with hobs, a microwave, and a small oven, and there's also a large BBQ on the veranda. There are plenty of interesting places to visit nearby, though you'll need a car for most of them. You can reach the hills and mountains directly from Miraflores, and the Spanish scenery is stunning at any time of year. Frank deserves a special mention for going out of his way to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. It's a fantastic place to stay.

The garden and outdoor area were wonderful, with a renovated, nicely sized pool. There were sun loungers, an outdoor table, parasols, and lots of shade under the trees, everything we needed to relax and enjoy time with family. We spent eight fantastic days at Frank's beautiful, character-filled house. The bedrooms are spacious, each with its own full bathroom, and the ceilings are high with wooden beams. Frank was always willing to help make the stay just right. We'll definitely come back, maybe in winter to enjoy the fireplace.

The house was really nice, and our group of friends had a great weekend there. It has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a small, cozy living room and a terrace for eating and barbecuing. The pool is quite large and very comfortable for swimming.
