The only small irritation was the beds: they’re all singles, with two pushed together to make a double, and the sheets stay set up as two separate beds. It didn’t affect our stay, though. The hotel is adult-only, quiet, clean and well maintained, with friendly staff who greet you with a smile and “hola.” Since there aren’t many rooms, getting a sunbed by the pool isn’t a problem. It’s opposite the Europa Center. Would we stay again? In a heartbeat.

The location is excellent, and the rooms are clean and adequate. If you smoke, you can’t do so on your terrace or around the pool, but there’s a nice smoking area provided. The pool is good, unless you’re small.

We were only here for six hours after our flight was cancelled, but the service was great and everything was explained clearly. The pools looked lovely, though we didn’t use them. The location felt a bit dodgy: I woke at 3am to screaming and lots of banging. There are no duvets in the rooms, just a very thin material more like a bedsheet.

We visited in late October and November, and really enjoyed our stay. The pool was heated, which was great that time of year, and the apartments were compact and neat, with lovely spacious balconies and amazing views. Estrella took care of our room and was such a warm, lovely person. Thanks for looking after us. The food at the on-site restaurant was amazing, and Samuel gave us excellent service whenever we were there. We’ll be back.
