We got lucky finding a room here for nine days after booking late. Our standard room had a huge, comfy bed, and we could even choose the mattress. The shower was spacious, there were his and hers sinks, and the hairdryer was great. The kitchen equipment and fixtures were really good quality, the staff were friendly, and it was peaceful. The massive balcony got sun all day. We had a car, so the long walk or taxi to the beach didn't bother us, and there was plenty of secure parking. The hilltop spot also gets sun while the rest of the resort is still in shade. Our only small gripe was the early delivery and reversing warning at 4am each morning, since we were right by the loading door. It won't stop me coming back. Don't be put off by the two star rating, in our eyes this was five star and perfect for relaxing and topping up on vitamin D.

We felt at home and honestly didn't want to leave. Every employee was amazing, and they all deserve a raise. The service was fast, the beds were enormous and so comfortable, and we had the best accommodation we've had in 15 years of travelling, luxury at its finest. They even helped with the surprise I'd requested for my partner. From reception and room service to the secure car park inside the property, everything was great. The reception also has an amazing little shop for anything you forgot to pick up at a regular store. The pool stays open until 9pm, plenty of time to enjoy it every day. At 8:00, a staff member checks the water quality and cleans the pool, its sides and even the bars. It's a really amazing, clean pool thanks to people like him. Thank you, Serenity, for everything. We had an amazing 10-day holiday, and the hotel made it fantastic. Our room and view were stunning, and the air conditioning was the best. The staff were polite, made sure we had everything we needed and gave us VIP treatment from start to finish. It's a nice 15-minute walk to the beach, though I'd recommend a taxi back up unless you don't mind the hill. We loved it and will most definitely come back if we can!

The private balcony had stunning views, and the apartment was spacious and nicely arranged, with everything we needed for a week, including a kettle, oven and fridge freezer. The pool was fantastic, with sunbeds and umbrellas, and the car park and mini market on site were a big bonus. All the staff were super lovely, friendly and helpful. Thank you all at serenity, we had a wonderful holiday and will be back! ❤️

The staff were lovely and helpful, and the apartments were clean, peaceful and had everything needed for a good holiday. The view is amazing too. The climb up the mountain doesn't feel so bad when you know you can cool off in the pool afterward. I probably wouldn't suggest it for little ones if you're planning daily beach trips, since pushing a stroller up the hill would definitely be a challenge ☺️
