Those sea views were the key for us, and they were amazing. We got a tidy, quiet corner room, and the service was great. A taxi into town costs €7, so it's cheap. Going down is easy, but a taxi is best for coming back up. A lovely holiday, thank you.

The hotel was great, with really good food and pretty decent evening entertainment. The lift was the one downside. The gym has some radio equipment but no resistance training gear. All rooms have sea views and self-catering facilities, so going all inclusive doesn't seem necessary. Only four cocktails are included.

The lift was out of order, so we had to carry extremely heavy luggage up eight floors ourselves. That felt like a serious health and safety risk. Staff said they'd help, then refused, leaving us to manage alone. I've stayed in countless hotels and never had worse service. Housekeeping also came into the room early in the morning with almost no warning. Severely overrated and unacceptable. Never again.

We spent a week here all inclusive. The hotel was beautiful and clean, with amazing views over the bay. The rooms were lovely and spacious, and the staff very welcoming and friendly. Meals were hot and cold buffets with plenty of choice, and we thought the food was excellent. There are two pools and lots of sunbeds. The reception has a well stocked shop, massage chairs, a hairdresser, and a beauty salon. You can book trips in the foyer, and taxis wait outside. There was entertainment every evening, but the hotel was still reasonably quiet, which suited me well. As with all the hotels in this area, it's on steep hills. Even with lifts, you'll find yourself walking up steep stairs.
