Casa de Graña de Acea

The house is amazing and full of lovely touches, and getting there is actually easy since they made the location clear. Our contact with staff was limited, but the service was adequate. On the first morning, though, we were moved out of the dining room at breakfast so another group could have it because we had a dog. I feel that if dogs are accepted, they should be allowed in all areas, or not at all. That’s why I’ve given four stars. I’d also suggest improving the Wi-Fi or putting in a TV.

The staff made a huge impression on me, from their kind morning suggestions to the warmth they showed us and the goodbye hug. I’ll remember the wonderful days I spent at Casa Graña da Acea and will carry them in my heart. The house is lovely, with every detail carefully chosen, and the giant trees swaying in the breeze made the surroundings incredible. I’d love to come back.

A real paradise, tucked away from noise and filled with the sounds of nature at its purest. Sonia, the manager, is always looking out for her guests’ well-being.

Sonia is a gem. She handles breakfast and cleaning, and gives helpful tips on regional specialties, all with exceptional service and warmth. This is a very special, welcoming place, set inside the solid stone walls of a traditional Galician house. It’s wonderfully peaceful and a great place to disconnect in nature, while still being well placed for trips nearby, including San Juan, A Coruña, Ferrol, Lugo, and plenty of other areas.
