The location and views are very good, the bed was comfortable, and the shower worked well. The receptionists were more than helpful. Still, the rest was negative. The place felt gloomy, cleanliness was basic, and the old-looking furniture and bedding gave it a dated feel. It wasn’t an inviting place to spend the night, especially for the price. Avoidable.

The location was great, right in the center, with parking nearby. Our room was spacious and bright, with the river view we asked for, a fantastic window, and a large bed. The photos give a good idea of it. But I wasn't happy with the cleanliness in the room or of the sheets and towels. Breakfast was so bad that, as my girlfriend put it, I wanted to run for the hills. It was a disaster, and I don't know where to start describing it. If you're not too fussy, you might be fine here. Otherwise, there are three or four other options in central Monforte. Best regards!

The reception team suggested some great places to visit and good restaurants, and everyone was lovely and attentive throughout. Our room had a beautiful river view, especially at night. Great hotel. I'll definitely come back.

We had no other option after travelling from Barcelona to Monforte, and this hostel turned into the worst experience of my life. The beds were dirty, there was no heating, and they said they only switched it on when the bar was open, so we froze at night. The tap water was brown too. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I travel to Monforte often, and after a recent stay I'm planning to come back. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and pleasant. There’s nothing luxurious about them, but they had everything I need, which is just what I look for in a hotel. For a truly impressive stay, I know I'd have to pay a fortune at a four- or five-star hotel just to sleep and admire the decor. I definitely recommend this place.
