Just normal.

We arrived late, but got clear instructions for getting in. After that, everything was fine and we didn't need to contact anyone. I'd read complaints here about the bathroom and uncomfortable furniture, but our experience was the opposite: everything was clean, the facilities renovated and comfortable, the heating worked well, and there was hot water. I can't say whether there were problems in the past, but during our 2025 stay it was wonderful. Access is by code, so if you check in beforehand you can go straight in. There aren't any shops in the village, so come prepared, including bringing your firewood. Morella is 15 minutes away along a small, slightly winding road that wasn't very busy, at least in winter. We were traveling with our 3-year-old girl and a Chihuahua.

My daughter and I have been trying for about a month to book a stay, contacting the place by phone, WhatsApp, and email. We even left our number, but no one has got back to us. After all these unsuccessful attempts, they've lost some customers.

Good morning. I've tried calling, emailed without getting an answer, and sent WhatsApp messages to book for my mother. Replies take days, sometimes many days. I connected my mother with them, but they told her nothing. She messaged too, and they ignored her. This is terrible service for someone trying to make a reservation.
