The hotel worked really well as a base for exploring Galicia's western coast and taking a day trip to Santiago de Compostella. We booked a reserved space in the nearby harbor parking and would do so again. Free spaces are available if you search long enough, but paying a small extra fee meant we always had a spot when we got back. Our room looked out over the harbor and a small beach. The bed was very comfortable, and both the room and whole hotel were clean. The building has a special feel, mixing ancient walls with modern equipment and bathrooms. The hotel team were exceptionally friendly and helpful with suggestions for sights and restaurants. Breakfast was very good too, with fresh toast, eggs made to order, and a small buffet with all the morning essentials.

We found the hotel parking in the adjacent open-air lot behind a barrier. The rooms were clean and spacious, and breakfast was good. We especially liked the eggs made fresh.

Room 104 deserves a special mention: it has a high ceiling, all in old stone, and a large bathroom. Marie-Josée was wonderful at check-in and gave us useful restaurant tips. The breakfast was among the best we had on our trip in Galicia, with quality products and fresh fruit. The woman making the bread, fresh juice, and eggs was a real master at her job. A very nice hotel, and the staff were super friendly.
