Albergue Arribada

The owner was incredibly helpful with all my questions, especially about getting the bus back with my bike as a bicigrino. The beds were comfortable and had nice curtains. The terrace was great, though I wish there had been chairs or something to sit on. It was very windy, so maybe they had been brought inside. Great albergue.

Loved it! The kitchen is magnificent, the rooms are exceptionally clean, and there's a rooftop for hanging clothes. The facilities and the people made for a brilliant atmosphere. The best albergue I've ever stayed in.

The owner was so friendly, helpful, and warm. She lives next to the Albergue and left us her number in case we needed anything. Whenever she saw me, she'd ask if everything was all right and was always smiling. I'm sure I'll come back and would highly recommend this place to anyone. The kitchen is well equipped, the Wi-Fi works well and is free, and the rooms are clean, sunny, and spacious, with a big locker for your things. The beds are very comfortable, and a towel is provided for free. Laundry can be washed and dried for 3€. The Albergue is wheelchair accessible.

Auri was such an attentive, friendly host and was available whenever needed. I really enjoyed staying here and plan to return next year. Five stars don't seem like enough. The place is well organized, with online check-in, all the information sent over WhatsApp, and a map of Muxia. A set of linen and a towel were laid out on the curtained bunk, with a light and outlet at every bed. Everything was neat and really clean, with bathrooms set aside for the dorms. There was a washer and dryer in the basement, and a foot spa for tired pilgrim feet. The roof terrace has a beautiful view over Muxia and somewhere to dry clothes. The whole albergue is accessible for people with disabilities, the first one I'd seen on my Camino from Lisbon up to Muxia. There's also a well-equipped kitchen for making dinner. A top-notch place to stay in Muxia.
