The location is the main good thing. The rooms don’t match how they’re shown on the website, and I think only one room has a balcony and sea view. It can get quite noisy, with a restaurant downstairs and sounds of neighbors arriving, moving chairs, and talking.

The room noise was bad, with a night bar downstairs, and smells from the restaurant kitchen often came in. But the main issue was bedbugs. My partner and I were badly bitten during our stay in the last week of June. After the first incident, the hotel accepted responsibility, reimbursed us for medicine, and said in writing that it would refund half our stay. We changed rooms and were bitten again, so we reported it right away and asked for a full refund. For the following week we received promises and reassurances, but the hotel later went back on its commitment. After we left, it refused compensation directly and through Booking.com. When we got back to Poland, a letter prepared by a local company hired by the hotel claimed there had been no bedbugs, even though the hotel had already acknowledged the issue by paying for our medication. The hotel is standard tourist class and conveniently close to the beach and old town, but this turned into one of my worst hotel experiences. I’d strongly advise anyone considering it to think twice.

A cockroach on the floor and what felt like a bedbug bite didn’t help, but the worst part was not being able to sleep because of the bar below the room and loud guests. I’m not sure why the reviews are so high.

You can walk to everything within ten minutes. Our room was really clean and quiet, and arriving late caused no trouble at all. They get in touch through WhatsApp and are very helpful with everything. It’s great for travelers that you can communicate in English too.
