Complejo La Ermita

The owner is lovely and speaks several languages. There are three apartments for rent, with two-week or longer stays available at a good price. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Cabo de Gata. Highly recommended.

The barking dogs kept us awake in the middle of the night, and there were cockroaches, filth, and lights that didn't work. The owner of the complex touched me inappropriately while talking, ignoring my personal space, and walked around naked with only a sarong covering her. Parking is at the back, so at night you need your phone light to get from the car to the house.

Renata's kindness and thoughtfulness made the stay especially memorable. She bought my mother flowers and a bottle of cava for her birthday, and her warm, caring attention was lovely. I rented the complex, specifically "La Iglesia," for my mother's birthday, and it turned out to be a great choice. The house is beautiful and homey, and we wanted to stay in. It's also conveniently placed: two minutes from Playazo beach, ten from Las Negras, and fifteen from Isleta del Moro. There are a few steps inside that you need to watch out for so you don't trip. Some lighting to make them easier to see might help. We loved our stay and will definitely come again. Thanks to Renata for her hospitality. See you soon!

The owner made us feel very welcome, and the beach is close by. It’s a lovely spot for a restful break, with dogs welcome too. I’d happily come back and recommend it.
