I'd stayed at this hotel several times before and been satisfied. This time, after I booked through booking.com and gave my card to secure the reservation, the hotel asked me to prepay through an unfamiliar alternative website or cancel on my own. booking.com told me I shouldn't cancel myself because I'd lose my deposit. The hotel hasn't replied to my email or to booking.com, and hasn't answered by phone either. This is still ongoing. It seems very suspicious, or at least like bad practice.

The bars, restaurants, and shops are just a minute away on foot. The room was clean, and the staff were nice.

The room was spacious, and breakfast was good. There’s also a small spa at this good hotel.
