For what we paid, it was far too expensive. We hadn't realized it was a guesthouse, and some guests could be extremely noisy at important times like siesta or at night. The room and bathroom were fine, but the fan was loud and the air conditioning was poor. Even set to full power at 17°C, it couldn't bring the small room down from 29°C. The shared kitchen was just about acceptable. The location and terrace were easily the best parts, and the only things the owners don't control.

It's a lovely room with good views, right in a very central location. The price per night still feels excessive for a room in a private home with no breakfast or service at all. Nobody greets or assists you; it's managed like an Airbnb. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

There's no café or tea service, though the restaurant on the main street does breakfast from 9:00 AM. Nearby parking isn't available, but there are large open areas on the edge of town. The rooftop terrace is lovely and has a shared kitchen. The bathroom is good and functional. The room itself is very bare: just the bed, two tiny bedside tables, and a shelf with a clothes rail above it. You get in using codes and a key box.

The room and bathroom are spacious, clean, and very nice, and the rooftop terrace has lovely views. It's in a perfect location. My only complaint is the mattress, which isn't firm at all and isn't very comfortable.

The rooftop terrace was the highlight, with its breathtaking sea view. We could prepare dinner or breakfast there, and there's a small supermarket just a few metres away for groceries. El Chanchullero is a three-room guesthouse; our room was very clean and well laid out, with a partial view of the sea. It made for a complete change of scenery.
