Everything was just right over the Pilar holiday weekend. The house was clean, had plenty of amenities, and is very well located. It's a pleasant, peaceful place.

Cool mornings on the terrace with a hearty breakfast, clear skies for stargazing, and beaches not too far away make this a lovely countryside stop. The original rural house in Los Albaricoques sits in a setting full of character and is sure to impress. Great if you want to mix country time with the coast. Highly recommended.

It's a peaceful base for exploring Cabo de Gata Natural Park, its beaches, and villages on foot or by bike. Ramiro was very kind and attentive, and made sure we had what we needed. The house stays cool and has the essentials, including a toaster, blender, and mosquito nets on the windows. The main bedroom is open to the living room, reached by a wooden staircase, with no door. Flies were a real nuisance and very persistent. They woke us early and didn't go away until 9 pm. I'd check the house for flies before bed, so they're not buzzing around your face from 7 am.

Ramiro was an impeccable host, friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. We could bring our dog without a problem, and she enjoyed roaming around the surroundings. The farmhouse is about a 15-minute drive from San José and its beaches, making it a good spot for exploring Cabo de Gata, the villages, and beaches. We had a perfect holiday stay. The accommodation has everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen and an attic bedroom upstairs. The peaceful terrace was lovely for breakfast at sunrise or dinner at sunset. The paved access road is a real plus, since other farmhouses nearby have unpaved roads that can damage a car's undercarriage. Just remember you're out in the countryside, with local animals and nature as your fellow guests 😬🦎🦗
