Nuevo Villa Juanita Hotel

We were on half-board, with a breakfast buffet of toast, pastries, yogurt, juice, cheese, ham, and more. Dinner was served at the table with a starter, first course, main, and dessert. The homemade food was tasty, and the waitresses were incredibly friendly. It's a quiet, family-run hotel with very attentive staff, close to the seafront promenade and about 8 minutes from the pub area. The rooms are quite large, with comfortable mattresses, air conditioning, and big bathrooms with hairdryers. The furniture is a little old-fashioned, in a Castilian style. Reception is open 24 hours.

We were 86 people from the senior citizens' university, staying for 5 nights and 6 days, from February 12th to 17th, 2026. The service and cleanliness were fantastic, and the homemade two-course meals with dessert were wonderful. Afternoon tea and dinner were served, with breakfast as a buffet. The waitresses were very friendly and helpful, and Doña Juanita checked with every table to see that all was well. Rooms had air conditioning and a hairdryer, with a choice of shower or bathtub. My one suggestion would be to add a full-length mirror in the bathroom. The regular mirror is large, but still a bit small for those of us who need to see up close.

The staff were the highlight, especially the waitresses, who were always smiling, friendly, and attentive. We were traveling with the Madrid community. The location was good, and the food was excellent, though breakfast didn't have much variety. The rooms were very clean, with traditional Spanish-style furniture. The beds were comfortable but a little small. Highly recommended.

We had full board, with plentiful homemade lunches and dinners. The location was good, and the staff were outstanding. The rooms were simple but clean, and the bathroom was spotless.
