The rooftop pool was lovely and had a great sea view, and the location is perfect, close to everything. We had a good one-night stay. A charming young woman with a lovely smile welcomed us at reception. Check-in felt a little impersonal, though she was absolutely adorable. We'd emailed a week before arriving because we were celebrating my friend's birthday, though maybe the message never reached them. We had hoped for a small gesture or possibly an upgrade to make the occasion feel more special, which was the one disappointment.

It was fine, but I wouldn't pick this hotel again. It's a bit of a walk from the centre, though handy for the bus station. Staff were friendly, and the rooms had reasonable equipment, but the corporate-looking interior could use a comfortable reading chair and more personality. The bed wasn't very comfortable for a hotel bed. They replaced it during our stay, but the new one didn't seem much better. The jacuzzi was really nice, and the fitness Center was impressive, but the pool was too cold to enjoy comfortably.

The hotel has a well laid out pool area, though I wish the poolside chairs reclined all the way so you could lie flat. Storm Alice came through, so we only got to use the pool one day. The restaurant dinner we had one evening was tasty, and the bar area was a nice place to relax. We skipped breakfast at the hotel. We stayed five nights. The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. It's in a quiet part of town, with a pleasant 5-10 minute walk to the centre and little cafes, restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I'd definitely stay again. 😍

The staff made both trips feel so welcoming, especially the morning buffet crew. Candela was the sweetest, and the lady manager and the whole team made us feel at home. They all deserve a raise, please! My family and I stayed for a week last March, then my wife and I came back for another week this April. We enjoyed our time in Alicante at AC Hotel by Marriott. Viva Espana 🇪🇸! Till we meet again.

The room was beautiful and really quiet, with great windows and quiet heating/AC. Breakfast was amazing, with high-quality food and great service. The €15 was well spent, especially for the delicious iberico ham. The pool looked amazing but was too cold for me at this time of year. I wish I'd had more time for the hot tub by the fitness center. It's an easy walk to the bus terminal, and the C6 from the airport makes it easy to reach. I really enjoyed staying at the AC in Alicante.
