A Marisqueira IA Coruña Airport

A good place to stay.

It was easy to park, and there are also chargers for electric cars. Inside, everything was very clean, the service was good, and the food was excellent. The breakfast buffet had loads of choice, including different milks like lactose-free and oat, plus juice, yogurt, fruit, cakes, cereal, and omelets. The accommodation itself was excellent too, with no noise from outside. A Coruña is only about 10 minutes away by car, and the bus stops right outside.

Alberto, the owner, is a great host. I’ve stayed here three times and will be back. The rooms are really clean and super comfortable, breakfast is included, and parking is available. The hotel is also right by the airport, about five minutes away. Great job.

We came for lunch after reading reviews that seemed decent, but the restaurant was completely empty, including the terrace, bar, and dining room. That gave us a pretty bad impression. The service was good and quick, though there was nobody else to serve. For four people we paid €100, and it felt like poor value. The €16.50 set menu had small portions, mediocre sides, and very few desserts that weren’t good quality for the price. The €15 ribeye with fries was disappointing too, just an ordinary steak. Even a bottle of water cost €3. We left quite disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it, the prices don’t match the quality.
