An apartment.

It took us more than 10 minutes to get hold of the owner when we arrived. Inside, we found broken window handles, oily stains on the chairs, a burnt, filthy microwave, marks on the bathroom walls, a bed torn down the middle, dirty floors, and blinds covered in cobwebs. We repeatedly asked the owner for a complaint form, but she flatly refused. Her only response was to clean after we left, and she wouldn't answer when we called twice afterward. Don't lie, you have no shame. The only solution was to give us the complaint form, which you're legally required to provide, but you refused every time. Not recommended.

A nice spot for relaxing and going on hikes, with a park and the municipal swimming pool close by. There's also a nearby supermarket, and you can walk into Olot center.

The apartment is well located and has good equipment, but it wasn't clean. Dust and cobwebs covered the railings, the dishes were dirty, the bathroom sink was dusty, and the sheets had stains. We also came across bed bugs several times, in the bathroom, bed, and kitchen. The manager said an infestation was normal and offered no solution beyond telling us to kill and remove them ourselves. He didn't seem concerned that we were uncomfortable, and said our messages were bothering him. I wouldn't recommend it.
