The attached disco bar stays loud until 2 or 3 a.m., and the hotel seems to put it first. We got no apology in the morning, and the receptionist said the bar mattered more. There was no refund either. With the noise, broken air conditioning, and other guests mistakenly trying our room door at 3 a.m., we didn’t sleep until 4, even though we’d gone to bed before midnight. A one-star experience from a one-star hotel. Don’t stay here.

It’s a peaceful little hotel, and even on the rowdiest party nights you can’t really hear the downstairs bar from the rooms. I’ve always been impressed. It’s affordable, the rooms are clean, and the bathrooms are sanitized. There are full-size baths, WiFi, and a TV in each room.

The hosts are friendly, and the place is cozy and clean. It’s the only hotel bar in town where you can get a drink after midnight during the week. Just so you know before choosing it, the rooms don’t have minibars or hair dryers.

Just one night here. Great location, clean and cozy, and breakfast was really good. Loved it!
