There was no Wi-Fi during our three-day stay. The router showed no lights at all, including the power light, and it was in the neighboring house, which also had no connection. We couldn't get in touch with the owners: one manager's phone went to voicemail and the other didn't answer. There had been a network outage when we arrived Thursday morning, but it was fixed that afternoon and nobody returned our calls. The house smelled of smoke as soon as we walked in. The fireplace didn't warm it, and the wheelbarrow of wood provided wasn't enough for our two nights. Extra wood costs more, while the living room and bedroom radiators did little to help. The bathroom was cold, its door was crooked and hard to close, one slat was broken, and there was no hot water in the bidet. The bedroom had just one bedside lamp, and it didn't work. We stayed at the La Piedra cave house in Mirador de Orce, and won't be back.

The cave was cozy enough, but the breakfast voucher was the biggest problem. It said it covered breakfast for xxxxx people at the pizzeria in Galera la Posa. When we went, the waiter explained at payment that it only covered €2 per person, so we had to pay the rest, bringing the bill to €21 for five people. That's already a decent amount for breakfast in Galera, and this isn't Madrid's Gran Vía. It was also inconvenient to go to the owner's home in Galera, not Orce, to collect and return the keys. The radiators were missing the “wheel” for adjusting them, and the TV remote had no batteries.

Inside a cave, it still had all the necessities of home, and there was plenty of space. Beautiful and stunning, plus a lovely pool and a cool interior.
