Hotel Magic Games

We spent seven days here and had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help. The food was amazing, with lots of choice and something different each day. We chose all-inclusive and felt it was worth it. We'd definitely come back! 🌞🏖️

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Magic Games 4* from 28.09 to 05.10.2025. The room was spacious and cosy, and my 13-year-old son especially loved the PlayStation and gaming chair. Thanks to all the staff for making us comfortable, and a special thank-you to Halima at reception for being kind and helping me sort out a personal issue. I'd recommend this hotel for a fun, relaxing stay.

The children loved the “Little Magic Splash” mini water park, and the shop staff were friendly and polite. A few restaurants nearby were good alternatives, though they closed at midday and opened again late in the evening. The housekeeping team were consistently courteous too. Unfortunately, those were the bright spots in a stay that has been disappointing so far. Our booking was under my wife’s name, Williams, and started on September 25th. We’re still here, and many of the attractions we chose the resort for, especially for the children, are closed. Breakfast was a letdown, with too few seats, missing bowls and spoons, stale bread and pastries, and eggs that weren’t cooked through. We had also hoped for a welcoming atmosphere as foreign visitors, particularly as English speakers. We’re a polite family with decades of hospitality experience and always treat staff respectfully. We set aside Euros from our first day so we could tip generously as a thank you, but apart from housekeeping, most staff showed little warmth, gave few smiles, and seemed unprofessional. Alcohol service is another concern. We understand this is an all-inclusive resort, but there seems to be little oversight of how much guests are served. Night after night, loud, intoxicated guests have disturbed us, most of them Spanish, making it hard to enjoy a family-friendly setting. There’s potential here, but customer service, food, the availability of attractions, and alcohol management all need serious improvement. Until then, I can’t recommend it, especially to families looking for a welcoming, enjoyable holiday.
