We spent a summer night here during the San Lorenzo rains and could see the Milky Way. Sitting outside with two folding chairs made for amazing stargazing, though a proper porch would have been nice. The house has been tastefully renovated and feels secluded, cozy, and tucked at the foot of a mountain. Waterfalls just a few meters away provide a constant sound in all that quiet. Pure nature, highly recommend it.

The house is just as shown, and the location is excellent. A waterfall is only 50 meters away, and a little riverside path goes upstream to an artificial river pool beside a restaurant. The swimming spot is beautiful, with a narrow connection to another lagoon and rapids for children. The house has a washing machine, but no towels, Wi-Fi, cell service, or clothesline. Some bulbs were out, the electrical sockets were loose, and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Access is along an unlit dirt road to the foot of the mountain with a cross at its summit. I recommend it for the setting.

The garden was a highlight, full of poppies and lovely thistles, with chameleons and hops hopping about. There was no tall fence blocking the view. It's a beautiful, comfortable house in a rustic setting. Checkout was the only clumsy part.

I was nearly booked with them, but when I went to pay the deposit, they told me the place had already been reserved. They could have let me know earlier. No wonder their rating is what it is. Scumbags.
