We spent three nights here with our baby and found the hotel very comfortable. The showers were lovely, and the breakfast buffet was huge and delicious. We also enjoyed relaxing in the sauna and jacuzzi without having to leave the hotel. We'd absolutely stay again, or try another hotel owned by the company.

The rooms, corridors, and lift were all very clean, and the staff were friendly. It's a boutique-class hotel in a great location. I use NH because I know I can count on consistent quality.

The room was a bit dated and faced the backs of some restaurants, so I couldn't open the window. The air conditioning worked well. The receptionist suggested a room at the back because it would be quieter, which was thoughtful, but the restaurant smells were a shame. Parking was easy, just 50 metres down the road, though it cost €17. There wasn't an obvious hotel bar for a drink apart from the roof terrace, which I think was already closed for the season. Shame, as it'll be 30c in Ourense tomorrow, but there are lots of bars nearby. The friendly Uruguayan man checked us in, and breakfast was very good, with staff keeping everything tidy and replenished.

The bed looked comfortable at first but was much too firm. The pillows were great, though. The hotel is cute and nicely decorated, and looks recently renovated. Rooms are large and have everything, including free coffee, tea, and water. Staff were amazing from the moment we walked in, helpful and polite, always smiling, and gave us good suggestions for things to do and places to eat. For €15 a day, parking is available less than a minute away. Lots of things are within walking distance in this small city. The quality for the price doesn't disappoint, and the service couldn't have been better. We were the “wow” clients of the day and got a voucher for a free drink on the amazing terrace, which was a nice extra.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and there was a good range of breakfast items. It's just a five-minute walk from the main pedestrian shopping area. The rooms are large and spacious, with a good shower and a big wall-mounted TV. Modern inside and well decorated.
