My family and I will have to contact the police. The hotel has ignored my calls and even hung up on me, after giving me nothing but promises for over a month that my refund would be processed “soon.” They refused to return the money for my reservation even though I followed all the rules clearly set out in the booking agreement. They failed to honor the contract, and this has been an extremely disappointing experience. Their behavior feels highly unprofessional and dishonest. I’d strongly advise against booking unless you’re willing to risk losing your money.

They’re stealing money at this Hostal. It’s a robbery hotel, stay as far away as you can. I have all the proof and confirmations, and the police are working on the case.

The people were rude, the food was really bad, and there was no cleaning. I’d rather sleep in the car than stay here. This is the worst place I’ve ever seen. Stay away at all costs.

We’re a family of pilgrims who needed somewhere to stay and came across this hostel. It’s excellent, and the host was kind and really pleasant. 🙏🏼🥳
