With the beach right outside and bars and restaurants only a two-minute walk away, this is a lovely place for a relaxing stay. The spacious duplex apartments face south and have two sea-view balconies and access to a pool. It’s right in the heart of the old town.

The hotel is a long way from the port, about 2 hours by taxi. When I told them transport problems meant I’d arrive the next day, they cancelled my entire trip without explanation or a refund. It felt like a complete rip-off. When I showed up outside the place, they hung up the phone, and reception was empty apart from the two working hours.

The apartments are good quality and the staff were extremely helpful. It’s in a quiet, relaxing part of Fuerteventura, close to the beach and restaurants, and security is good. I can only recommend it.

We only stayed a couple of days, which wasn’t long enough. The apartment was plenty big for two, with comfortable beds, though the pillows weren’t great. There’s a huge TV and a great big shower, but the water pressure kept changing and it was easy to scald yourself. They should probably check that. Two sets of keys would help, and it would make sense to put the internet passcode by the TV instead of on the back of the front door. It’s adults only, though I’m not sure if that means from 18. Luckily most guests were older, and it was nice and quiet, with the pool right outside the door. The location is great on the quiet side, while the busy strip is a good 15-minute walk in the heat. We loved the place and will definitely book again. It lives up to the brochure and photos.
