Breakfast was a highlight for us, with plenty of choice and really good food. Our studio at Ona Palamós had what we needed, and the beach was close by, which made the stay especially relaxing. My family and I had a lovely holiday. The staff were warm and helpful whenever we needed something. Thanks to the whole team for looking after us. We'd happily return to Palamós.

Ona Palamos is a lovely spot close to the beach, and the amenities are great. Laura and Silvia at the front desk were especially good to us. They even had our room ready before check-in time. Definitely recommend it. ❤️❤️❤️

From our room we could see the beach, the sunrise, and the city. It was clean, too. We didn't have a microwave, but the receptionist kindly warmed our food and even brought us a spoon, fork, and napkins. I really appreciated it. The young woman also suggested Can Paco, which was easily the best restaurant there.

The only decent parts were the fairly good breakfast and staff who were friendly enough. We had booked four nights, but left after two because there was no point staying when we couldn't relax by the pool. We'd checked in advance that the pool would be open during our stay, since it mattered to us as a family with kids, and were told it would be. Then we arrived and learned it doesn't open until June. That was the first letdown. The apartment and hotel felt more like a one-and-a-half-star place than a three-star one, and seemed stuck in the 80s. The sofa was musty, the cushions smelled, and there was no kettle. The bathroom was tiny and dated, and the bath took 15 minutes to drain. The beds were uncomfortable, with more musty cushions and bedding. Not for me.
