We felt so at home here that the front desk staff became like friends, and they even promised to visit us at our new house in one of the pueblos. Everything is within walking distance from this wonderful hotel, except maybe el Cristo. Awesome place!

We booked this by mistake and couldn't believe a four-star hotel could be this disappointing. On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, you get just a room, with no services at all. There's no cafe or room service, and the hotel is closed for those three days apart from the rooms. The room was very small, and the location wasn't good for us since there are no restaurants nearby. The car park is reached only by lift and would suit micro cars only.

I was comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were great, and my room was clean and roomy. The hotel is also well placed near Palencia train station, with shops and places to eat easy to reach.

The double rooms were clean and spacious, and breakfast was great. Our group's set menu was another matter, especially if you were vegetarian, and the wine that came with it was a big disappointment. It's a nice hotel, though.

The desk staff were very efficient, but the hotel doesn't feel like a four-star place. There was no restaurant open, and despite what the information said, there was no parking. Our room was small, and the air conditioning worked only intermittently.
