Be Live Adults Only Marivent

The location was excellent for getting around, with direct beach access, a bus stop close by, and small supermarkets and restaurants nearby. At €80 a night, we felt we got a fair deal. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. We had breakfast included. It was decent, just okay rather than special. The hotel has a gym and a swimming pool, though the pool wasn’t usable in winter. The sauna costs extra, €10 an hour, and towels are €5 to rent, something guests should know beforehand. Our standard room was facing the neighboring building’s wall. The booking photos made us expect a nicer view, perhaps toward the beach. The receptionist kindly upgraded us, which we appreciated, but the hotel should show room photos that match what guests actually book. There were maintenance problems too: the terrace glass door was broken, the toilet kept leaking and making noise, and there was no bathroom door. Despite those room issues, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the good location, helpful staff, and reasonable price.

This is a quiet, relaxing adults-only place near the beach, and the price felt reasonable for Mallorca. The rooms were clean, the grounds well kept, and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very complete, with plenty of options. I booked a sea-view room, but only part of the view was actually sea, and I had to step onto the balcony to see it. For a four-star hotel, I expected a few more basics from room service, like drinking water provided each day. There’s no indoor pool, which would be a big plus in winter. A solid Palma option for the location, breakfast, and value, as long as you don’t expect all the usual four-star room-service extras.

Finding the hotel was difficult because there’s no clear sign with its name on the main street, and Google Maps didn’t make it easy to locate. Parking is another serious problem. For a hotel with more than 80 rooms, it offers only five spaces, in an open lot, and charges €20 a night, which is unreasonable. The rooms weren’t as new or well maintained as the photos suggested. The old, dark hallways have no decoration and make the whole place feel outdated. For €100 a night, I had a room with no view, and you can definitely find much better quality elsewhere. I absolutely do NOT recommend it.

The breakfast buffet was a real plus, with lots of options and hot food like freshly made omelettes and pancakes. You can see the sea from the restaurant too. The sandy beach is right opposite, and there are quiet outdoor seating spots there where you can relax with a drink or read. The location is handy, with places to eat, shops, message parlours, and grocery stores nearby. There are a couple of bars and a buffet restaurant in the hotel, and the lounge is spacious. We came for three nights after a tiring, stressful house move, hoping to unwind. This Be Live was a pleasant surprise. It’s more compact and has fewer amenities than other Be Live hotels we’ve stayed in, but it was tidy and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The small outdoor pool was closed during our December stay. Parking is limited and costs Euro 20 a day, though I found a free white bay nearby, probably because it was off season. We’d asked for a double bed but got a twin room. Quite a few things in the room were broken or loose and needed repair, including the safe and door handles. The safe and TV remote didn’t work. The TV isn’t smart, and I could find only three English channels among mostly Spanish ones.
