The hotel sits on a hill, so the view is really nice, and getting into the city was easy for us. There's a bus stop nearby, or you can take a taxi for about €8-10, or go by bike. Our room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. They cleaned it every day and even folded our pyjamas. The staff were kind and helpful, and the food tasted great. We had an amazing stay and would happily come back :)

There are plenty of bus stops nearby, so getting around Palma was easy, and Porto Pi shopping mall is about a 10-minute walk away. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and the public areas and room were spotless. The room had a comfortable bed, and breakfast offered a wide selection with good quality. For the price, it was a very pleasant stay and I'd recommend it. A couple of things bothered me: the balcony lights stay on all night and can't be switched off, and light gets in under the curtains, so the room never gets fully dark. The hotel is in a hilly area, which can be troublesome.

I wouldn't call this a four-star hotel based on my travel experience. The room was spacious and had a balcony and TV, but the safety box costs extra and there were no basic hotel slippers. The shower drain was blocked, so we had to stop the water and wait for it to drain away. The balcony had dirty black plastic chairs, and the pool area was dirty too. Not recommended.

It's listed as four stars, but to me it was more like a decent three-star place. The cleaning and general upkeep were poor, and breakfast was basic, repetitive industrial food. It might do for a night or two. Everything comes with a charge, including parking and the safe, which I don't think is acceptable for a four-star hotel.
