The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was tasty and had the essentials, even if it wasn’t a big or extensive spread. The location is good too. The walls are thin enough that you can quickly hear someone walking outside your room, and the mini fridge is noisy.

There aren’t any parking spots nearby, and the closest garage is very expensive. The hotel has reserved parking for a lower rate, but it’s a 10-15 minute walk away. Apart from that, it’s a great base for exploring the city center. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautifully decorated, the staff are great, and breakfast was good enough.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing! It’s a lovely boutique hotel, with very caring staff. Our room was quirky, beautiful and very spacious.

It’s right in the old town, in an interesting building, and it’s a very cute little hotel. The beds are really comfy, breakfast is included and wonderful, and the staff were helpful. You can’t drive directly to the hotel, though, and parking is far away.

We got a bottle of champagne in the room as a welcome drink, along with a card wishing us a pleasant stay. The room was cozy and the bed very comfortable. The hotel is right in the center of Palma de Mallorca, close to the cathedral, and the 24-hour reception can help with anything you might need. They can offer a spot in an underground car park, subject to availability, for 15 euros a day. It’s a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, close to piazza major. We had a good time staying here.
