The deluxe room was great, especially the balcony outlook over the marina, park, and hills around the castle. The king-size bed was very comfortable. It's a quiet spot while still central, with El Corte Ingles and lots of patisseries just around the corner.

Dinner was very good, and the three lovely pools are great for relaxing. The rooftop one has a breathtaking view of the cathedral and harbor. Staff were attentive and friendly, and the hotel is perfectly placed in the heart of Palma. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.

The service in the rooms is terrible. They don't even leave soap for bathing, or put it on the sheet. The sheets were changed only once in more than a week. The breakfast food variety is horrible. On December 31, the hotel was full because they were giving rooms away to fill it, even though the price is listed on the internet. The same two employees who gave bad service to 40 guests were now serving 300 guests. They were either the same staff or cheap ones. You're paying for an extremely expensive hotel, supposedly, but the service is extremely cheap. The quality doesn't match the price.

The location and service are still good, but the room made this a disappointing stay. I've stayed at Hotel Saratoga several times, including during COVID, and used booking platforms before. This time I booked directly and ended up with by far the worst room in my category. As a returning guest, I expected better treatment when booking with the hotel. The room itself wasn't impressive, and the bathroom has no ventilation. After a shower or using the toilet, moisture and odors stay in the room.

A lovely hotel in a very nice part of Palma, with a spacious room and modern bathroom. Looking forward to coming back with my daughters!
