10/10
Behind the hotel there's a well-kept pool with sunbeds, and nearby you'll find a beautiful sandy beach along with lots of restaurants, bars, and shops. We had a clean, tidy room with a great sea view. The location was excellent, the staff were friendly and approachable, and there was a large spread of delicious food. The stay exceeded all expectations. I'd recommend it to everyone, and we'll definitely return.

8/10
The beds weren't uncomfortable, but they squeaked so much and felt more like camping furniture than hotel beds. We were also surprised that dinner included no water at all, so you had to pay extra for every drink, even water. Still, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and we really appreciated being allowed to check out late for free. The location works well for a family holiday, with a few small things that could be improved.

The premium double room was spacious and comfortable, with a terrace and sea view. The hotel is beside an amazing beach, about 15 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from the city centre. There was a good range of food at both breakfast and dinner, with something for every taste. Bravo, chef. Special thanks to all the staff, especially Sumit and Manolo. Highly recommend this hotel.

The outdoor pool wasn't heated at all, not even a little, and I think more people would have used it if it had been. The weather was warm enough and the hotel was busy. We enjoyed our stay out of season, though everything seemed set up for German guests. The hotel is spotless and well presented, with lovely views and a front-line location. The bus stop outside makes it easy to reach Palma or the airport. There's a supermarket across the road and plenty of nearby shops and bars.

From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt incredibly welcoming. Every staff member I met was professional and friendly, and the hotel manager deserves praise too. The high standards were great, but above all, it's the people who make this a place I'd want to return to.
