Martina from guest services deserves an extra thank you for listening, understanding the room issue, and then resolving it constructively. All four of us appreciated that, along with the staff’s natural, heartfelt friendliness. They were always incredibly nice and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay from 25/05/2026 to 04/06/2026. Breakfast, dinner, and the bar and lounge were excellent, with enough variety and choice. The hotel and rooms were clean. We especially enjoyed the ice creams by the pool during the day and drinks being brought around in the evening. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

The shows and presentations made our evenings extra special, and there were so many fresh, well-organized food options each day. We also found the hotel app useful and convenient for checking activities and hotel information. We chose Iberostar Waves Cristina for our second anniversary and absolutely loved it. The reception team welcomed us warmly, and every staff member we met was smiling, kind, and polite. The hotel was spotless and well maintained each day. Our room was comfortable, spacious, excellent, and cleaned to a very high standard. We felt spoiled every day. Thanks for making our anniversary trip so memorable. We’ll definitely return and recommend the hotel!

I had back pain during the holiday, so I booked a therapeutic massage with Cesia. She was highly professional, and the treatment significantly eased my pain. I’d highly recommend her service and the spa facilities. The family rooms were a highlight, spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, and we also enjoyed the spa area. From arrival onward, the reception team and everyone else were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and great quality. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we’d be delighted to come back! 😊

We chose Iberostar Waves Cristina as one of two Iberostar properties for our Palma de Mallorca holiday, since Iberostar is now part of the IHG loyalty program. They recognized our IHG status at check-in, which was nice. An upgrade would have been nicer, but I have no complaint about that. Our Family Room was roomy enough for two adults and two older kids. It was clean, and the one small issue was dealt with promptly by staff. We were on half board. Breakfast was excellent, with so much choice that only very picky eaters or people with strict dietary needs might struggle, and even then the hotel will accommodate if you ask. Dinner was varied too, covering different tastes and diets. The huge selection of sweets, desserts, and fruit stood out. The swimming pool is big and deep enough to swim in at 1.8m, with shallow areas, a small kids’ zone, and a jacuzzi pool. There are lots of sunbeds, and we always found four, though that could be harder in summer when the hotel is full. The hotel also has two tennis courts and three paddle-tennis courts, with equipment for rent, but book ahead. The beach is one block away. Watch your feet, as there are glass shards because of a street recycling container. Bus routes 25 to the city center and A2 to the airport stop in front of the hotel. We had a great holiday and would happily return.
