Ants were all over the room, even on our beds. We told reception, and the cleaning lady managed to get rid of them the next day, but that should have been done before we arrived. There were no towels when we got in; they brought some later that day after we asked. The room smelled of cooked fish, apparently from a casserole lid that hadn't been washed. Check-in took an absurdly long time because the staff member was chatting with the previous client instead of moving things along, even though travelers are usually tired. The mattress was the oldest I've ever slept on and sagged inward. Soundproofing was minimal, so we heard all the drunk German teenagers coming back to the hotel at 9 in the morning. Wi-Fi ran at 1Mbps, which in 2024 meant practically no internet, and some lights didn't work, including the ones over the night stands. At about 50 euros a night I might not have complained as much, but even with how expensive Mallorca hotels can be, 120 euros a night should get you basic amenities. This place is for people with very low standards and big purses. I'd book somewhere else, even if it cost a bit more. In short, avoid it unless you're a German teenager or young adult.

The receptionists were really friendly, and the room was clean and pretty good. It was about a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. We stayed 4 nights and had nothing to complain about, except that free Wi-Fi would have been nice.

The location was convenient, but I wouldn't recommend booking here. Ants were present throughout the premises, the facilities felt outdated, and the beds were uncomfortable. The balcony couldn't be securely closed, and the kitchen was too dirty to make cooking appealing. There was no kettle, and the Wi-Fi was poor quality and expensive.

The location was okay, but the view looked out onto garbage behind the hotel. Our rooms didn't look as good as the pictures, and we received dirty towels. Service was zero. The receptionist with glasses wasn't friendly or helpful, didn't explain the papers we had to sign, and we couldn't even get help over the phone when we needed it. It wasn't worth four stars, and we weren't the only ones complaining.
