The rooms cover the basics, nothing more. I liked the lobby bar, especially the affordable prices, though check-in took a long time. They were quick to change the sheets and towels. Breakfast was decent, and the fresh fruit section was a treat.

The staff really stood out during our five days here. Mariola and Maksim were so polite, and since it was our first visit, they gave us some great ideas for places to see around the island. I enjoyed the whole stay and we’ll definitely come back.

Mariola and Mohamed worked hard to give us excellent service, and I hope management recognizes their dedication. This was one of the best experiences we’ve had, with a great hotel, location, and service. Bogdan and Aldona, room 302

The staff were super helpful, and we had a very nice, clean room. Breakfast was very good too. The hotel is close to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. The downside is parking: there’s none for hotel guests, and finding a spot nearby was difficult even in March. Keep that in mind if you’re renting a car for Mallorca.

Friendly staff, and a great view from the terrace if you like watching the neighbors. The walls are thin and the hotel is noisy, the bathroom is small, and there’s no fridge or glasses in the room. I won’t be coming back.
