Azuline Palmanova Gardens

Dirty towels and stained pillows made this stay awful. I asked reception for replacements, and they said they’d get me another one, but that towel was dirty too. I had to ask for new towels three times in one day, and each batch still had unknown stains. The staff didn’t really acknowledge how frustrating it was. They just said “ok sorry” and left more supposedly new, still dirty towels. The walls are paper thin. You can hear the people in the next room, and my partner and I couldn’t sleep at all one night because of the noise. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re fine hearing other guests in their rooms and using dirty towels and stained pillows.

Parking was easy for us, with a space always available right beside the hotel, and the price felt very reasonable compared with other places nearby. The location in Palmanova is ideal, close to everything you need. We stayed at Azuline Palmanova in early June 2025 and had a wonderful time. The reception team were kind and accommodating from the start, even giving us our preferred room on the third floor with a beautiful view. The room was clean and functional, with reliable hot water and air conditioning that worked perfectly. Housekeeping came every day, which we appreciated. Breakfast was a highlight, varied and delicious each morning, and the restaurant staff were attentive and respectful. We’d definitely return, and highly recommend it.

For this level of hotel, it was very decent. I had no complaints during my 13 nights and don’t regret choosing it. The single-occupancy room wasn’t their best offer, with its small tinted window, but I’m especially grateful to the staff for agreeing to move me to a standard room.

The pool bar food was great, and the staff there were efficient. Breakfast was good too, and the rooms were clean with very cold air conditioning. It’s a good hotel for the price, and I’d definitely return. The beach is a short walk away, but there’s a steep hill or steps on the way. If that’s not for you, a taxi from the hotel costs less than €5, and reception will gladly arrange one.
