Casa Ana Mari II

We had booked three nights for my wife, daughter, and me, but left for a hotel instead. The apartment was on the third floor without an elevator, as the listing had said, so that part wasn't an issue. The photos were real, but they didn't show what it was actually like. Dust, stains, and what looked like drink spills covered the textured walls. The living room table was barely standing, the curtain was coming down, and the lamp was broken. The shared stairwell was in deplorable condition, filthy as well as old. I respect the people who live there, but I don't think the place is fit to rent to the public, and the public administration shouldn't issue permits for it in that condition. I contacted Clabao, the company managing the apartment, on WhatsApp. They read my messages and didn't answer. The next morning I asked either to see the apartment or to have someone come clean it. They asked for photos, which I sent, and then stopped replying to my messages and calls. I went to Clabao's offices in Pamplona, but it's a shared workspace and nobody was there. I ended up paying for a hotel for all three nights. They ignored my request to refund the €350 I had paid for the booking. After I got to Málaga, I emailed the address on their website and never heard back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE AT ALL. The advertising doesn't match the apartment's real condition, and there's no help if you complain.
