The apartment was still not ready at the stated 15:00 check-in time, and early check-in hadn’t been possible either. When I arrived, it hadn’t been properly cleaned: there was visible hair throughout, and I couldn’t use the room. I left because of the hygiene issue and booked somewhere else, without staying even one night. There was no on-site reception, local contact, quality control, or management. All communication was online, and a different support person handled each contact, which made it very hard to resolve anything. They didn’t offer a room change. The only option was to send a cleaner the next day, which wasn’t acceptable given the room’s condition. The laundry machines couldn’t be used because they were overloaded with water, luggage storage wasn’t working, and there was no immediate help on site. Despite my leaving straight away, the property initially refused a refund and only offered a partial one after a lot of communication. The issue was eventually resolved through Booking.com support, not by the property directly. The concept might work for some travelers, but the lack of cleanliness, on-site management, and flexibility in handling problems made my stay unacceptable.

Stay booked for 23 to 25 May 2026. They cancelled on me ten minutes before check-in, saying they were overbooked. It was a Saturday, and I struggled to find another place in the center. I ended up paying double, and my time in Pamplona was ruined. I’d paid in advance, and they didn’t even apologize. Shameful. This has never happened to me before.

The apartment was cancelled just one day before I was due to arrive, and doing the online check-in was nearly impossible. I’m genuinely surprised by all the positive reviews. This company is disgraceful, and I strongly advise against booking with them.

The location is good and the room is nice, but our arrival was a letdown. There were no blankets or duvets, and at 6 pm they told us, “We’ll bring them tomorrow, it’s too late today.” The next morning we found there was no hot water either. All the reviews look great, but our experience was different.
