This feels like a complete SCAM. I booked an apartment at the end of September for December 7, then had to cancel. Two months later, I'm still waiting for my refund even though everything was in order. They won't answer the phone or respond to WhatsApp messages, and they lie. The deadline has passed and I still haven't been repaid. DO NOT MAKE ANY RESERVATIONS with them!!!

We had a great stay in a clean apartment right in the middle of the old town. Staff were attentive throughout, and it was ideal for walking around the city. We'd definitely return.

The administrators won't refund cancellations, even when they're made during the free cancellation period. This sounds like a scam. DO NOT BOOK!!!

My group loved this very spacious apartment. It had everything we needed for a great few days in Pamplona, right in Plaza Castillo.
