Apartamentos Argualas

Free Wi-Fi.

The only real downside was the lack of personal, friendly service. We reported a couple of bathroom problems on day two of our 10-day stay, and were told someone would come the next day. We waited seven days and nobody showed up. We stayed in apartment 3A in building 1. It’s a fantastic duplex, spacious, tidy, and well equipped, with a bedroom upstairs that has two beds.

The house itself was around a 7 or 8 for me, but the service only deserved a 2 or 3. We got the key late, the Wi-Fi was poor, and there were almost no cleaning supplies, no scouring pad, cloth, rag, dustpan, or anything like that. There was barely any toilet paper, and what was there had already been used. Getting more supplies and toilet paper after asking was really difficult. They ignored our WhatsApp messages, and when we finally reached them, nobody apologized. Some of them even used inappropriate language.

Clean, new, and really cozy, with good value for the money. They’re handy for skiing, close to the Panticosa resort and about 15-20 minutes from Formigal. La Nuza is nearby too if you’re going to the Pirineos Sur World Music Festival.
