Loved the view from the nice room, and the host was super nice with great service. Late checkout was a plus. Better to book through their website ;)

They canceled our reservation, which we’d made more than a month ahead, over a failed attempt to collect payment for one of the three days. They required payment 15 days in advance but didn’t call us; they only emailed, and we didn’t see it until hours later. When we rang, they had no solution and said it was “our problem,” so we had to book again at a much higher price. Then they said they wouldn’t rebook us and canceled the rooms that were still available so we couldn’t book them ourselves. Terrible experience, with no empathy and very poor customer service. The management felt abusive. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We had a wonderful room view, and the location was perfect for our weekend stay. The staff were great as well. My partner and I would happily come back. Thanks so much!

Jaime, the hotel owner, was especially welcoming and always attentive to what we needed. I’m grateful for his tips on the mountain routes we took. The hotel is well placed, spotlessly clean, and very welcoming, with spectacular views and a good breakfast. The value for money is unbeatable. We’ll be back, and I’d recommend it 100%.
