Apartamentos Pantón Ribeira Sacra

Getting around the Ribeira Sacra from here isn’t ideal, though the location is still okay. The apartments are roomy and have useful extras like a toaster and coffee maker. But the cleaning needs more care. Doors, lamps, and corners were really dirty, and it felt like they were just rushing through before the next guest arrived.

The bathroom was a highlight, roomy with two sinks, a huge comfortable shower, and a window for ventilation. The whole place is brand new and very clean, and its spot right on Pantón’s main square is hard to beat. My bedroom had two twin beds and everything I needed, though a small desk would have made it perfect. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with dishes, cutlery, a coffee maker, and a toaster. I didn’t use it, but I did take a look. There’s a small living room for relaxing, plus an entry hall with vending machines and a lovely outdoor terrace. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The good points were the clean apartment and its location. But the night was really unpleasant because of the heat and noise. There’s no air conditioning, only fans, which we had to leave running all night. August gets very hot here, so I’d suggest installing AC. I could hear the neighbors’ entire conversation, so the apartments don’t seem soundproofed. There’s a sign asking for quiet after 10:00 PM, but it wasn’t enforced. I know everyone has a part to play, but some basic oversight would help. Nobody else seemed to be around. I’m sorry to raise this, but it does need improvement.

A lively, lovely spot in the town center. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. Really enjoyed it!
