Stayed the night before an early flight. It's fine for the basics, nothing special. Bring water or something to eat for dinner. There's a decent restaurant 300 meters away, but the route is dark and runs beside a highway, so it felt a bit dangerous.

After our transatlantic flight landed at 5 a.m., the shuttle driver came to get us very early and was so friendly. By chance, my wife and I had both met in his hometown in Romania! Everyone on staff was friendly. The hotel itself was simple, clean and comfortable, and they were very accommodating. A great place to start our vacation.

The woman was very kind, but our room wasn't clean. We found hairs in the bed.

The room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was nice, and the owners were wonderfully hospitable. It was easy to arrange a shuttle to and from the Madrid Barajas airport.

We'd driven four hours and needed to sleep, so we didn't have much choice: take the room or risk driving and having an accident. The lady at the counter charged us €100 for a room the hotel supposedly didn't have. If that was the situation, why wasn't it reflected online? To me, that points to poor service. They took advantage of being close to the airport, and I don't think it was worth the money. They put us in a basement room with four small beds and a large bathroom. The rooms shown in the pictures look great, but our experience was bad. I couldn't sleep well, and kitchen noises early in the morning made it worse. The free breakfast was a complete joke, the worst I've ever had, and eaten items weren't replaced. I couldn't bring myself to take a picture of how poor the room was. The lady didn't know I rate hotels, restaurants, parks and similar places on Google, and I wanted to share this experience.
